Hello and welcome to The Culture Project. I have finally got the Brush Strokes V0 uploaded and minted. This is such a great feeling to finally have this up and on the blockchain. If you messaged me about one I will get them sent to you very soon. I’m going to start reaching out to some people. If you are a holder of the OG Brush Strokes, please message me if you are interested in one. They are free, as they were always meant to be. We have a few cool things to look at, a release by a long time favorite artist of mine, some amazing AI art, and an impressive landscape gen art project.
Lets dive in.
Brush Strokes V0 by The Culture Project
This project is something I’ve talked about for a long time now and am so happy to finally have it out. This was something promised years ago by the original owner of The Culture Project. It was always going to be free for the holders of the original Brush Stroke Project.

I’ve loved this project since it’s release and it was the first generative art project I ever collected. I minted these back in October 2001, right before fx(hash) had it’s first release. Three years later here we are finally getting this done.

Check out the project here, Brush Strokes V0. If you are a holder, message me with the Brush Stroke you own (a link to it) and I will get one sent to the same wallet.
Des Lucréce had his yearly Halloween festivities. There was a Jack burn that they do every year. Burn one Jack and you get a new piece for free.
This year he revealed an incredible piece called The Muertler. His style remains his, but still advances and grows. Great to see another amazing piece of art released by him. I can’t wait to see what the drop is for Halloween. Des will drop one more piece before the end of the month.

Mints on Tuesday - 150 pieces in the set.
Price: Fixed price $350 // 0.14 ETH
This is such an incredible release by Alkan. They have released other amazing AI projects on Verse as well. It’s always a pleasure to explore the thoughts behind their work. You can tell these aren’t simple AI outputs. There was a lot of thought and work behind getting the outputs we see. I wonder if these are created with Stable Diffusion and Controlnet?

In a world where 10 billion screens outnumber people, entire cultures are shifting from producing goods to fabricating content for others to consume. We have unwittingly become workers in this giant factory, endlessly manufacturing and consuming the digital realities that entrap us.
All Watched Over By Machines Of Loving Grace, the new collection by Alkan Avcıoğlu, critiques the dehumanizing effects of technology by portraying how we are drowning in screens. The series blurs the lines between user and producer, freedom and enslavement – creating a world that is plausible yet doesn't make sense, mirroring the chaotic absurdity of the post-truth era.

Presented by Ivan Zhyzhkevych on Verse
Mints on Wednesday - More info coming soon.
Price: Details of the sale will be added shortly.
riiis had been releasing early stage outputs from what looks like this project on rodeo a while back. I was lucky enough to snag a couple, but these outputs I’ve seen for bully look much more refined. They almost have a knitted look to them. The grain and textures look amazing. I’m excited to see more outputs from the project.

The nuns taught us there are two ways through life, the way of Nature and the way of Grace. You have to choose which one you'll follow. Grace doesn't try to please itself. Accepts being slighted, forgotten, disliked. Accepts insults and injuries. Nature only wants to please itself. Get others to please it too. Likes to lord it over them. To have its own way. It finds reasons to be unhappy when all the world is shining around it. And love is smiling through all things. - Terrence Malick
What happens when both paths are denied?
At the core of BULLY stands a tree from my family home garden in Slavyansk, Ukraine. Under its branches, I spent countless hours reading books in childhood - my first sanctuary.
In the 2000s, I was moved to Russia where I faced heavy bullying in my new school. My yearly summer trips to Slavyansk became my safe haven. In 2014, I lost my home only to regain it months after. In 2022, I lost it all again. When war erupted, I found myself caught between identities: Ukrainian by birth, Russian by passport, welcomed nowhere. The way of Nature screamed for anger; the way of Grace whispered acceptance. I learned both paths were burning me. An inner fire was consuming my personality, my sense of self.
